GeoAI Solutions Developer

Job Summary

 

The AI Solutions Specialist serves as a critical link between our GeoAI product team and our customers. This role involves understanding client challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized offerings. You will work closely with technical teams

Designing and building solutions  that are feasible, scalable, and aligned with clients's goals.

 

Required qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus)

  • 10+ years of experience in AI,ML solutions development, and deployment in a technical leading role

  • 7+ years experience in ArcGIS programming and implementation

  • Expertise with GeoAI concepts: object detection, spatial prediction models, simulation, satellite imagery analysis, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines to ensure on time project delivery

  • Thorough knowledge of work flows in industries such as Infrastructure maintenance, supply chain, etc., where AI is advantageously adopted.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Solutions Design & Customization:

 

  • Understand client’s needs and propose tailored AI solutions to design customized AI workflows, models, or integrations

  • Identify gaps in technology implementation roadmaps

  • Ensure solutions align with the client’s infrastructure, data, and compliance needs

  • Support deployment planning and solution handover to delivery teams

  • Assist in onboarding and initial implementation phases as needed

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for clients exploring AI adoption or scaling existing deployments

  • Monitor the effectiveness of delivered solutions and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion

Application Development Intern

Location: Singapore
 

 

Duration: 6-12  months

Job Summary

 

We are looking for  motivated and enthusiastic Application Development Interns to join our  development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in software development, application design, testing, and deployment. The intern will work closely with experienced developers and project teams to support the development of innovative solutions for clients while gaining practical industry experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

  • Support senior developers in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting application issues.

  • Participate in requirements gathering and technical discussions with project teams.

  • Develop and maintain application features under supervision.

  • Help create and update technical documentation, user guides, and project reports.

  • Learn and apply software development best practices, coding standards, and security principles.

  • Assist with database development, API integrations, and system enhancements.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including team meetings, sprint planning, and project reviews.

  • Research new technologies and contribute ideas for process and application improvements.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.

  • Familiarity with databases, cloud platforms, data security etc. 

  • Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, or mobile application development. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a professional environment.

  • Prior experience of active participation in application/ software development is a plus.
